Jenny is the visionary behind Beaufort Care and Education, founded Beaufort in 2003 with an unwavering commitment and passion for working with and empowering young people. Her journey began as a Social Worker working in various settings including Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Drug and Alcohol and child protection. After working for the Children's Society at a children’s Refuge, where her dedication to making a difference became abundantly clear. When the home was set to close, Jenny seized the opportunity to find a way to continue the crucial and valuable work by taking over the business and Beaufort Care Group was born.
Jenny's qualifications as a social worker and subsequent training as an NLP Master Practitioner, Coach and Trauma trained with Babette Rothschild, coupled with her passion for working with young people with complex behavioural /Trauma difficulties, make her an invaluable leader at Beaufort. Jenny works closely with her committed Team to ensure that all young people in their care receive the best possible experience.
Beyond her work at Beaufort, Jenny loves the great outdoors and is an avid animal lover. Her furry (and feathered family includes dogs, ducks and chickens and rehomed Mediterranean miniature donkeys. Jenny finds solace in nature and enjoys meditation, yoga and pilates.
CMI Level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management
Mandy is our Managing Director for Beaufort Care and Education. With 30 years of experience working across a spectrum of Social Care and Supported Housing sectors, her knowledge and expertise help bring stability and understanding to our young people.
Mandy strives to improve the lives of young people in her care by ensuring Beaufort delivers outstanding children's homes and services.
Jamie has 20 years experience of working across a range of services with children and young people, domestic abuse sufferers and adults with disabilities.
He has worked in a number of roles within Beaufort Education and Care, including residential services manager, overseeing all homes within the group, and operations director for Beaufort Support Services, which provides supported accommodation for young people aged 16-24.
Jamie is now the operations director for the company as a whole.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
Tania has worked for Beaufort since 2015. She started as a childcare practitioner and progressed to deputy manager, and then a registered manager for Hinton Wood. Now she is our Operations Manager.
Earlier in her career, Tania worked for domestic violence management services. She has also completed a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.

Stelios Kiosses is a psychotherapist and the Clinical Director for Beaufort Education and Care. He manages a multidisciplinary team ensuring the delivery and integration of evidence based clinical and therapeutic practices and provides extensive training and supervision to associate therapists and formal work experience of graduate psychologists.
He studied psychodynamic counselling and clinical supervision at the University of Oxford and was previously trained in psychotherapy and experimental psychology at Sussex University.
He is an associate member of the American Psychological Association and a member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the British Psychological Society. He is a member of Corpus Christi College Oxford and a research collaborator with Professor Robin Murphy’s Computational Psychopathology Research Group based at the University of Oxford.
Stelios currently teaches at Harvard University Extension School and has previously held teaching positions as a visiting senior research associate at Kings College London and as a visiting lecturer at Goldsmiths College University of London. He was originally appointed as an honorary senior lecturer at the department of Psychiatry University of Birmingham teaching on the MS in Psychiatry (Family and Mental Health). In his public role he has acted as a UK TV psychologist and presenter for Channel 4’s hit series The Hoarder Next Door narrated by Oscar-winning actress Olivia Colman and currently is patron of the Prince’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts one of HRH Prince of Wales core charities.
Masters in Psychotherapy and Psychodynamic Counselling with Children and Adolescents
Niamh is a BACP registered Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Psychodynamic Counsellor having trained at Birkbeck College in London. Niamh started out working on community arts projects across London over ten years ago before progressing into various support roles and eventually completing her MSc to become a Psychotherapist. Niamh then moved her life further down South where she went on to practice primarily as a Trauma Therapist across Hampshire. Alongside her work with Beaufort, Niamh also works with a local LGBTQ+ charity that is dedicated to providing safe and confidential support services to young people across the area.

Richard has extensive experience within the construction industry spanning several years. Prior to joining the Beaufort team in 2021, he served as a site and facilities manager at an independent school for a decade. Richard is now the Estates Manager for Beaufort Education and Care. Richard's unwavering commitment to creating and upholding exceptional homes for young people is admirable.
He strives to provide a first-class service every day, ensuring that their homes are secure and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Richard takes immense pleasure in collaborating with young people to personalize their living spaces, but he acknowledges that his team's tireless efforts are integral to meeting the high standards expected within their homes.
Ed started with Beaufort Care Group on the 31st of July 2023 as our HR Business Partner
Sally joined the team in May 2024 and is an experienced recruitment professional with over 20 years specialising as an in-house recruiter and Recruitment Partner. Sally’s experience to date includes working in retirement living, elderly and dementia care and financial services sectors.

Alex joined our Head Office Team in May 2023 and helps us to run the office. She will help you with anything you need with enthusiasm. Any questions, ask Alex and she will do her best to help. When you call, she will probably be the first person you speak to.
Level 5 in Children and Young People
Amy joined Beaufort in April 2023 and holds a Level 5 in Children and Young People.
Some of her favourite things include live music, trainers, and all things brightly coloured! Amy enjoys spending time outside, at the beach and summer is her favourite season.
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
Karl joined Beaufort Care Group in 2012, starting off as a support worker and progressing to management roles – first at Stourside and most recently at Bailey House.
Karl holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and is a highly experienced childcare practitioner. He works exceptionally hard to understand and support the young people in his care. A hard-working, resilient, and approachable person, Karl remains calm under pressure, always finding new ways to manage difficult situations.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Dan has extensive experience in the care sector and he holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Following seven years working at a care home in the Lake District, Dan joined Beaufort Care Group in 2014. He started as a support worker at Hinton Wood before taking on the role of deputy manager and then moving to New Park in 2021.
Dan is level-headed and remains calm under pressure. He has a good sense of humour and gets on very well with all the children and young people in his care.
Sarah started with us in December 2023 and is the Appointed Manager for Hinton Wood.
Matthew Rogers is the home manager and has extensive experience working in children's homes having joined Beaufort Care Group in 2017. Matthew holds Level 5 Leadership and Management and moved over to Beaufort Support Services in 2023. Matthew leads a small team at independence House of three support workers who all have a range of different experience working with young people.
